Wow looks amazing congrats!!! It sure is exciting to open up a place like this, I remember when we did it. The only thing I don't like is the soda machines being out like that, people would make a crazy mess there.
Well atleast thats how it is here in the city, people just come from the street to steal soda too

Good luck you to you im sure business will be well!!

a little boring with a lot of simple.

pretty good for a pizza joint.

but here's my real opinion - pizza joints are supposed to either be hip, child friendly or a real fun place to hang out.

i see neither of those things - i don't know what you're going for, but i wouldn't take my kids there and i definitely wouldn't go hang out with some friends to kill time.

pizza joints are rarely a place to be "taken serious", but at least it's clean....

Not digging the roof type hangover, should have done a straight 90 degree corner up and put a flatscreen on each side, then of course some themed decor. Looks too simple.

Also would have built up peninsula wall from the existing wall to cover the soda machine. Having that exposed and having the stainless steel there is sticking out like a sore thumb with your darker theme. IMO doing this will make it look much cleaner.

Otherwise I love the bottom half you did a great job.

I don't know what the deal is with pizza places but they all make money. This guy I know here in Cleveland owns three pizza shops. He bought a brand new M6 vert the year it came out. He spends six months in the states and six months in Lebanon. And every weekend he's here, he's spending money at the club like it's nothing.

Our neighbor does nothing but own a couple pizza shops. He lives in a $400k house.

Screw this accounting bullshit. I'm dropping out and opening pizza shops. Lol

OP, it looks nice! It's simple but yet it looks classy. Very nice!

Yeah, where in Seattle?

Looks clean and simple. Maybe some more decorations and have some tables in the middle you can push together instead of having a folding party table.
Like 3 or 4 square/rectangle tables.

How's the pizza though? I could give a rats ass about the seating. For me it's all about the pizza.

It looks great. But I have to agree. I worked many years in restaurants. That middle is just wasted space. Put 2-3 4 tops in there that are easily movable or can be joined to make your table for the parties.

Or get a nice wood table that seats 8-12 that can be for large parties or divided between 2 parties of 4 or 6. This style of table has become really hip in the restaurant scene. See them regularly at new/remodeled joints.

Btw. Is the soda machine just for staff or self serve? If staff I agree that a wall should be there. That way you aren't staring at it while eating. If self serve it is perfectly fine.
