burbles are possible but not sure how good it is for turbos. Unless the plugs or coils need to be replaced already a stage 1 tune won't make a difference

You can have burbles for sure lol. Just watch your fuel consumption and oil consumption because it's going to go up. (I don't know why oil, but it does)

As for the coils and plugs, you won't really need them. Especially if your plugs are fairly new. But if you are due to maintain these, then I would do it.

Burbles are fine on the turbo as long as it's in soft- medium aggression with catless downpipes. I've spoken to MHD several times about this.

If you're running hard burble with 2sec then yeah you could have some issues.

I have been running MHD Stage 2 for about 5 months now, I have an upgraded Charge pipe and catless downpipe. One of my coils broke within a week of the flash. Replaced it under warranty, and so far so good. Car is driven hard every other day or so. So far so good. I think you would be okay not replacing coil and plugs.

He said to have it on medium aggression but would it be fine if I have it on very aggressive but only one or two pops so very low duration?

yeah it's not going to do anything. I set it on hard for car shows/meets. Just not for daily driving

Oh alright and to achieve what I am trying to do just one or two pops when downshifting or revving down it should work by putting low duration right? and what is the difference with the more aggressive setting and medium just not as loud?

If you want less popping you just lower the duration. Mine is 1.3 seconds at 1400 rpm and it's perfect. It's kind of self explanatory.

Less than 1 seconds hardly makes pops. Yes hard just is louder than medium. Soft/oem is barely heard in my car and I'm fbo with performance exhaust

Hey. I just got MHD flash burble but it doesn’t make a sound. Is the setting off? I have stock mufflers.

What are your burble settings? I found that the duration (base) has to be enabled to make anything happen with sport settings.

For stock mufflers, I would recommend medium at most with 1.3-1.5sec. If you have auto trans, goto sport mode. You will get pops and bangs on down shifts.

I don’t get anything even on aggressive. I mean i get like two pops the entire ride and I’m in sport.

I found the best scenario for the pops/burbles is to have lower RPM set for activation (I think mine is like 2200RPM).

From 40-50mph in 5th or 6th gear let off throttle and let the car slow down.
On the downshifts, the engine will exceed the set 2200RPM, and pop and crackle AFTER letting off the throttle and rev match downshift.

On medium settings, this is what mine sounds like (not my video)

Surprisingly I answered a lot of the questions in this thread with my latest video.

1 sec duration with medium aggressiveness gives a very loud 2-4 pops. All I have is the PE mod and it's straight gunshots.

I think you commented on the other post too. I had both set at 2 seconds on aggressive and still nothing. Barely any pops. Maybe it’s the mod? What’s the pe mod ?

Mines at 2200 too and still nothing. That’s the sound I’m looking for. Do you have any other mods? And it’s a n55 right?

That’s not my video, but I have N55 with “golf tee exhaust mod” and I believe stock downpipe. (It’s on my list of stuff to upgrade).

I have the stock DP/catted box checked in MHD, and my exhaust pops/bangs sounds just as loud as the video.

Maybe i have to lower the seconds? But i thought lower it makes it less noticeable. Cuz it def doesn’t sound like that video and i have catless dp. Thanks bro!
