There is no problem with the placement, only if you have active steering. If you have active steering youll need to extend your lines a few inches. The main reason why i did not use the bracket was because it'll interfere with my vrsf chargepipe i have coming in. Also where are you ordering your intake from?

Oh you have an n55. I have an n54 not sure if the n55 requires relocating the reservoir like the n54 does. I bought my intake from autohance though, and they beat everyone else with pricing might wanna check them out.

Ah I just installed this over the weekend, Injen forgot to send me that other bracket you have there which holds the air scoop in place, although I think they're about to send it out to me.

I don't have active steering I guess but it is still a tight fit, I don't like how close the bracket is to my ER charge pipe. I don't think it's touching though, I can always put padding between them I guess.
