Buying a used e92 335i mt

I have been circling around the forums for a while now, a friend of mine is selling his 08 335i with less than 14000 miles. It's been kept In good condition the hpfp has been replaced. I'd be buying the car for less than 13000. I can't see why I shouldn't buy this car. It's bone stock it hasn't been tuned. Can anyone think of a reason not to buy this car?

The turbos could be the early version that was faulty with wastegate rattle. BMW extended turbo warranty to 8 years, which in your case expired last year. Might need a new battery due to age. Other than that, great find with really low miles.

Okay, I'm going through with it, should have it this week. Thanks for the advice I'll definitely be reading up to see what kind of maintenance I'll need to catch up on.

Also while looking at 335 vids on you tube I saw Mashimarhos I was literally drooling lol
