E90 330i - Racing Seat Recommendations

A new better fitting racing seat and harness are the my number 1 priority mod for next season. I have no idea where to start or what is good or not. Any recommendations for a noob like me?

I have seen Cobra Pro Fit and Recaro Sportster. I suggest you Google images. See what you like design wise (matters to a lot of people) then do you research regarding fitment, support, comfort and ect.

Depends how big you are. If you are a pretty average build i would recommend going for cobra suzuka profit since they fit pretty tight which feels great on track. OMP are nice but are a bit too loose for me.
Sparco's are nice as well but usually at a much higher cost

I'm pretty tall and skinny, about 6'2" 180 lbs. Support and comfort would be my two biggest things I would be looking at. Thanks for the suggestions, I think at this point I just need to start hitting up some performance shops and trying out some seats in person.

Yep, i would definitely recommend finding a shop and test fitting. Also with at least an e92 (since were about similiar height and weight) make sure that you get s low as possible of a seat mount. With a helmet on my head almost touches the headliner on my car.
Support wise youll need a tight seat.
Comfort wise most of the seats out there are the same, but maybe slightly looser is better on daily driving(though i would much rather tough it out and get a tighter fitting one for the track to be more planted)
Main reason i keep mentioning a tight seat is with stock/wide seats you end up using your left foot to keep yourself stable on the track while with a tighter seat you arent as much.
