06 650i Adaptive Headlights malfunction

2006 650i

Hi, I recently noticed that both headlight housings were getting condensation in them and shortly after the adaptive portion quit working and started getting an "Adaptive Headlights Malfunctioning" warning light come on the instrument cluster on every startup. I pulled both headlight housings out to diagnose the problem and could determine how the condensation was getting in and found both modules on both housings corroded. I decided to bite the bullet and purchase two new housings and all four modules. Once installed and code cleared I finally got them to perform the initial left right up down prove-out on vehicle start up but now while driving I noticed the passenger headlight moves opposite of the way I'm turning while the drivers headlight seams to function properly. This causes the headlight to cross beams on right hand turns and on left hand turns the headlight points way off to the right.
I'm at my wits end on this problem and I'm hoping somebody has the answer to my problem. PLEASE HELP!!

Joe

Having said that, there was a post with a similar problem on a 3 series.

Look in the tech forums, exterior/lighting.
