Replace/Upgrade plastic air intake thingy

I don't know what this is called, mine is missing the mount on the passenger side. I assume a previous owner/mechanic was careless and broke it off.

What's this called? Can I replace it with something nicer/better?

Air duct thingy

I can sell you mine for cheap if you really wanted a new one, but no. Aftermarket intake like aFe has a different one

Thanks, I found out after I posted it's called an air intake duct, and some call it a snorkel. That research led me to intake scoops. Not sure they're worth the $130 price. And I would still need the intake duct.
