E90 Bank 1 Sensor 1 always zero

So I'm having an issue with the Bank 1 Sensor 1 on my E90 323i, its consistently reading 0, the CEL light was on for this. The sensor was replaced when I first got the car because of this issue, but it has since reoccurred for me. Ive swapped B1S1 for B2S1, and again B1S1 shows zero, while B2S1 is showing changing values, so the O2 sensor is not dead, data is just not ending up at the computer. Ive checked the cables as far as the mating on top of the engine, but I dont know where the cable leads after disappearing below the air manifold. Does anyone have a drawing or info on where the other end of this wire harness ends so I can check that end for solid connection?

Ive poured over many other O2 sensor threads and it seems this is not a dead sensor, just a connectivity issue.
