Ediabas.ini settings for most

Hi Guys,
Does anybody know what settings to change in the ediabas.ini file to enable MOST (icom B) for flashing? Have changed the settings to enable icom but I'm struggling to find the setting to enable MOST.

I don't believe there is one . It should be taken care of with Icom.
Never heard anybody even ask this question.
Also the issue with Icom not working over K/D can is K/D can is unstable
with high speed. And contains no buffer circuitry.

descriptions of the cables are in the above thread.

"An ICOM switches between ADS, dual K-Line, K-CAN, DCAN, MOST, and Ethernet automatically; and supports them all." From the above link

Thanks ctuna. I found some more info after searching that forum. Seems like you need to change the remote.ini file and specify which bus system you want to use. I'll have a play around with those settings.

Looks like the pay for it factory setup that the BMW shops must use
to connect to there master service database =Isis .
I don't think a lot of that applys to the home use PC setups.
At least the first entry does.
The second one looks like it might work.
I don't think that many people have and Icom.

You might find these of some value

Yes you're right. I have just had play with my old RAD2. If you use the itool Radar interface, all you have to do is change the EDIABAS.INI file.

I changed one setting under CONFIGURATION. Change INTERFACE=stdobd to INTERFACE= REMOTE

Then further down in that file i put the IP address of the icom as shown in itool radar, then i was able to connect to the car (tested with inpa first) reprogrammed the rad2 no problems.
Thanks for the responses ctuna.

Somehow I though most of the downloads , at least the old ones , came defaulted
to Icom.

Download iTool Rader and EasyConnect (PM me if you need these files, you can probably find them in the MEGA Software post, iToolRadar needs to be in your Program Files folder on Windows)

Start up iTool Radar and Reserve the ICOM slot

Use EasyConnect after iTool to select the MOST bus ASYNC setting and LOCK ICOM (this will change your edibas.ini file to the correct settings for ICOM A+B)

Continue with WinKFP, it should work perfectly now.
