Fault Codes

Update: I read the codes today and to my surprise no codes were there...so I can assume that when I installed the AP and it cleared and reset the ecu all the modules were also reset...so when I read the codes the modules weren't ready yet...so now that it had time to get together everything is fine now and no more codes....

Hey Guys I read my ecu today and got the following codes:

P2E4C
P3BD1
UOD86
P3BC7
P3BDD
P3BD5
P3BD7
P3BD2
P3BE1
P3BD8
UODBO
UODAD
P3BCE
UOD8F
P3BCC
P3396
UOD95
UODB4
P3BF4

Can anyone help decipher these codes...thanks

havent had a chance to but will look into it 2morrow...i know the first one is due to this http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80661... not sure of the others yet...on a side note, ever since i put my BMS intake on and on a cold start the rpm would drop and the car would sound like it's gasping for air and about to cut off...since i installed my COBB it's disappeared...

most of the codes seem to be like this...PT-CAN, message (status DSC, 19E) missing...PT-CAN, no message (vehicle speed, 1A0)...or missing communication...could this be due to some of the codin i have done to the car like the acutal speed on the the OD and the HID fog lights I have?

What kind of coding do you have done, besides the digital speedo.

Also, you said something about the intake, did you make sure and tighten the clamps good. If you have an air leak after the air meter, it could cause some idle issues.

I had some idle issues with the BMS intake as well. When I would come to a stop and depress the clutch, the rpms would drop to 500, surge to 1000, drop back to 500, surge back to 1000, and the finally settle at 700. It really stated to piss me off. Clamps were all tight. Put the stock airbox back in and the problem went away. I really like the sound of the intake, especially with the Cobb boost levels, but the idle issue was driving me crazy.

I have:
-Key fob opens/closes windows/mirrors/sunroof/trunk lid
-Remove seatbelt chime/warning
-enable windows to close when door is open
-Euro double blinking hazards
-Komfort Eject- Key fob auto ejects from socket (E series only)
-fog stay on while flashing high beams
-fogs stay on with high beams on

i have not however coded out the monitoring for the fogs...I also have led reverse lights with canbus so there is no error on the dash but they also have not been coded...as far as the intake im positive it was on tight cuz i actually put the OEM one back on to compare and the weird idle was gone...kinda weird...

Thats weird both of you have issues. I havent noticed anything like that with mine. I know Cobbs can be picky if you dont have the right mods to match the mapping...my friend has an STI with Cobb and custom intake..once he tuned it, the car didnt like it. He put his stock intake on and everything was fine. Although, I noticed Cure that you said once you did the Cobb the problem disappeared..strange.

As far as the coding and the faults go...I really doubt your coding is the culprit.

I noticed a couple of the faults have to do with the transmission...might just want to take the Cobb and the intake off and bring it in. Having a warranty is great..

As far as the intake and idle, I had the weird idle with intake and no tune, intake and JB Stage 1, and intake and Cobb. For me, the idle didn't seem to be related to a tune. Guess my car just doesn't like the intake.
