The 800 number just told me my car is "in transit".

I sent an email to my salesman to find out what ship I'm on but I was wondering (again) if anyone here is catching a ride to the west coast?

I may have to start another thread.

I just found out my week before X-mas 08 Sedan went under production with a 22 jan completion time. Awesome feeling! Now if I could only get Butter's to burry me in snow and then I could wake up in late Feb and have my car (and a Wii)

My dealer just confirmed that I'm on the Hudson Leader with an estimated delivery date of 2/19.

Tmac - not sure about how Canadian orders work re the 1-800 number, but probably worth a shot trying the number that we in the US call, no? do you have the production order number from your CA?

UGH!

Same status since last week..."At port awaiting shipping vessel."

Of course, I know there's not a vessel leaving until 1/24 (Otello) but I still check daily. Just in case.

I can't believe that with ships usually leaving every few days, I actually get in port the one time there's a 7 day wait...just missing the Manon on 1/17.

This sucks.

I just found out from the 800 number, my car made it to the port of exit yesterday. As long as I get it before March, I'll be happy. Here is what I ordered:

Alpine White 335xi sedan steptronic auto/cold weather package/premium package(terra interior)/sport package with paddle shifters/ipod adapter

haha..same thing with me! theres usually leaving every 4 days and just with our luck we're sitting here waiting for the 7 day wait!! i'm holding off on calling my SA till next week so it can def be on the ship!

Ordered the car 1/12 and just called the 800# and said car is in production with a completion date of 1/28 pretty sweet.

I got a 335xi sedan w auto.. paddle shifters...Nav...heated seats.. Sports Pack w 18" Rims... BMW Assist w Bluetooth..Sapphire Black ext w Terra Int and Alum Trim I cant wait now im getting excited. See what cars do too us

whoa, that blows! i wonder why it'd be taking so long just to get a production slot. maybe you had to wait in line to get a brand new car instead of modifying an existing order?
