Thanks Mart.
Good spot, I am on square setup wheels (9.5JX4) but staggered rubber. sounds silly, but works brilliantly. I guess I need proper geo now. I am giving it two weeks time and then taking it for geo.

Zero rubbing on turns or when passing over speed bumps. The gaps goes down minimum to 3-4 mm on max loading but zero rubbing. I guess sound is from shocks when they reach their inner limits and load goes more on shock bumps. But this is guess mate. Any other suggestions?

My friend drove >20 MPH over speed bump and front wheels hit wheel arches. And that produced the sound I was referring to. So sound was not from shocks, but wheels hitting on front arches. If he drives <12-15MPH, then its all good. 9.5J, 30 offsets all fours. Fronts are 235/ 35 /19 Rears are 265 / 30 / 19 Quote:
Fronts are 235/ 35 /19 Rears are 265 / 30/ 19 Mart they are M sport shocks taken out of 2011 (was on 4K). Shocks were like brand new with all tags, clean and nice. Even bump stoppers were like new and had their normal yellow colour.

Liking the drop from the springs, good result there!
However: 1. Why on earth are you running staggered tyres on non-staggered wheels? 2. Your front wheels look way, way too far out - hence the rubbing you've discovered. Geo setup won't change that. I'd very seriously consider changng the front wheels completely, they just don't fit Is an 8.5J version available?

I did not like 8.5J as they were not concave enough at fronts. My last option would be to go for 8.5J. How about negative camber? Has anybody tried it here? I have read about inner part of tyres wearing out quickly, but I can afford that on the expense of aggressive looks.

To get enough negative camber to tuck your wheels inside the arches, you'd have to be virtually running on the corners of the tyres - I don't think it would be safe even if it was possible.

Will sell these in couple of months. They are ideal setup for track days on M3, although fronts can take wider rubber.

3 Weeks down the line Review:
I had updated my car with nearly new M sports suspension couple of months ago. So springs, struts and bump stops were nearly new. I was not happy with aesthetics of M sports suspension therefore I added Eibach Sportsline Springs to M sports suspension. As I mentioned earlier, I felts that my car was less springy compared to OEM M sports suspension. However I have sat in 06 and 07 M sport E90 320d and both were smoother compared to mine. Both were on 19 and infact one of them was on RFTs as well. I could not figure out why their car were smoother? Were they smoother due to worn out bump stops, settled springs or worn struts or was there any other reason? All in all in terms of comfort, Eibach Sportsline are very much like M sports suspension of E90 320i however you get decent drop on them. I have a little more drop in 2-3 weeks as I have to be carefull now not to hit lower part of front bumper when I am parking in supermarket bays. Simple solution, park it in reverse! Boring part ends here and interesting part (photo)
