if your car is leased or you don't really give a dayam much about your car..you can try Flagship. They have one on Rockville Pike (self serve and drive thru) It's in the intersection b/w Randolph and 355.

I believe there's also one on Conneticut. Ave. Here's the site http://www.flagshipcarwash.com/

I think they do a pretty good job for 18 bucks..
