Seeking local NoVA expert on E93 hard top issues

Local peeps! My top isn't going down ☹️ It only unlatches and I can't hear the motor/pump run. I got new salmon relays from BMW but that did not help. No codes either when looking through ISTA.

I did notice a "snap" the last time I had the top down this past Fall and now just getting a chance to diagnose it. I've called around several local shops and don't have experience servicing hard tops. Willing to drive and meet if needed, cash in hand.
