Help with Oil Leak behind Oil Pan!
Hi, I was hoping to get some advice about a slow oil leak I have. My dealer told me I had an OFH leak but after getting that done, I realized I was still leaking... I noticed a leak between the oil pan and the transmission after revving the car hard. I could actually see it bubbling out. Is this the rear main seal or could this be something else?
It's very annoying to me that it's there, but I also don't feel the cost of getting it fixed it worth it for such a small leak. What do you guys think about putting in some stop leak? It is worth the damage to my other seals? Or should I just suck it up and get it fixed? Thanks for your help. |

Hi, you can take a look at a post I started, looks like similar leak. Haven't had a chance to follow up on it yet though.

The location is the rear main seal PITA, but idk for sure because I have the same thing. Hoping maybe oil pan gasket is an easier solution.
