Injector/idle help

I have a bmw 318d which has an intermittent rough idle/heavy vibration

No codes have popped up , I've replaced the maf. Running premium fuel or injector cleaner seems to temporarily stop the issue. So I'm assuming it's possibly a clogged/leaking injector.

Is there anyway I can test these myself , when I do the noise test with a screwdriver I can seem to pick up the clicking noise on any injector.
Access is easy to injectors 1-3 but not 4. If I disconnect the plug on 1 or 3 the engine noise changes , but if I disconnect injector 2 it stalls the engine

I have a 2005 3series with the (massively overpowered, ha.) M47.
Do you have access to live data?
Does it only have an issue while idling?
