13k miles is alot of miles in such a short amount of time. And he posted a pic of a e46 instead of a e90.

If it was real, i'd sell it and make a good profit on it.

its a scam... my friend email one of those craigslist add for a 2004 X5 for $12k. They guy emailed him back about the test drive and all... but then ended up telling him to wire him deposit to some country- i think nigeria or something.

Don't do it!!! unless of course you want an m3 for 15,000 dollars instead of an all wheel drive 328.

...who would want a crummy old m3.
