man, the weather makes picking clothes to wear even worse. Old clothes that i don't mind getting ruined aren't water resistant. And the resistant stuff i don't want to get ruined. Think i might just tough it out and use hand warmers everywhere

what time are we meeting at your place seth?

wonder if they got a locker room to change in. any of you guys been there before? do they provide goggles/face protection? thinking of bringing my old ski goggles incase they give out scratched out stuff

they give out nice goggles from what I hear. Be at my place just before 10am, we'll roll out right around then.

I'm still planning on coming but Vasil if you get this in time maybe you should call them and ask them the details about if its down pouring and stuff. I don't need to waste a trip down to Chicago and have them like turn us away or something.

no i just read they stay open unless there is lightning near or on the field. Once it passes they open back up so I assume if they pull us off then our time gets extended.

I just called them. It is like Seth said:

* They will play through any kind of weather UNLESS there is a thunderstorm. In that case, they will bring everyone in till it passes and all games will be resumed after that for the remainder of the game duration.

* No designated locker/changing room. However, they have an indoor bathroom in the main building that could be used for that purpose!

It looks like it will be great because even though it might be bit cold and there might be some light snow, its actually will be nice to play because we won't be overheating from all the running around!

I'll see you all either at Seth's place or at the restaurant!

P.S.:
I have a roll of 60 gallon drum liners. I'll bring those and a pair of scissors. Those will make great water ponchos!

It looks like I will meet you all at the restaurant. I am in Logan Square so if I have to meet you at Seth's place, i will have to go north which is pointless, considering that we are going to drive south again ...
