Hello All,

got my 325 last year
wanting to do something on my car

1.) Tinted Windows - what is the allowed % in Hong Kong?
Please suggest me a good shop in a bargain price.

2.) I like the M sport kit from BMW, how much would it cost me?
or just get it from some local garage?

3.) wanna get suspension upgrade, but not too extreme for passengers.

4.) open for suggestion in other mods

Two suggestions:

1. Try flipping back the previous posts here as I recall all your questions have been asked before

No matter how many % tinted, it is illegal in HK, HK police recently carrying out operation to catch car with illegal tinted window, if you insisted to do it, try FSK in kwan tong, wai yip street, cost you around 4K exclude front screen

cost 30K if done in bmw hk
cost 18K if done outside garage

3.) wanna get suspension upgrade, but not too extreme for passengers.

try bistrin B8 + eibach spring, it is a popular combination for E9X

4.) open for suggestion in other mods

I suggest you to get the bmw performance brake system too, great value for money! cost 18K

Besides, if you don't want to get aftermarket suspension system, get the bmw performance suspension system (consists of 4 dampers plus front sway bar) , great value for money too! just 13K

Sachs is another great choices too, you and choose either (i) coilover (height adjustable) or (ii) standard one (height not adjustable)

how much would car be lowered (fixed one) comparing to the standard suspension I have on atm.
I just see the brand a lot on the local car magazines.

Did you get your car tinted?
How many %?
More comfortable if I know I am not the only one

That "Okada Plasma Direct" thing you mentioned above,
Similar to BMS powerbox?

Do they really give more power to the car as well as saving fuel?

Just checked from the internet and there's an offer from BMWHK, hope it helps!
Mine is a stock E90 as well, and I'd like to mod it a bit after the warranty.

PlasmaDirect is for provide better and faster energy to spark, physically enhancement. BMS PowerBox is addon to ECU to enhance the performance, software enhancement.

I just installed PlasmaDirect + PlasmaGround, and will install BMS PowerBox once I received the item from Burger Motorsports.

Just done last Saturday... spent 1 hours to complete (BMS Power Box), and 1 hour t complete the installation works for Plasma Direct and Plasma Ground. The most difficult is remove the things covered the ECU box. Let me know if you want to install, maybe I can help...

Hi ray. I have a F10 528 and am considering to add the PBX and Plasma Direct. How much are they roughly? Saw in the Okada Project website and the Plasma Direct isn't so cheap. Thanks for your advice in advance.

I got my Plasma Direct from the US at around HK$8800 including shipping, I checked that the price of F10 528 and E92 330 is the same.
BMS PBX is US$279 plus shipping but I think it is not yet available for F10 528, maybe you can ask BMS directly. It is worth to invest!!!

Ray, need to seek your advice again on PBX, Plasma Direct and Ground. Are the traceable by the dealer? What I am concerned is will they void the warranty. If so I may need to consider to do them after warranty period.

angel eye and CF grill
I think they must be some crappy angel eye
because I got them both at 1800 + 250 installation.

what is the diff in having expensive angel eye and cheap ones?

the rear tires are rubbing against the body.

would it shorten the tire life-span?
saving up for suspension now, is it an urgent matter to fix asap?
