I feel that the break is a lot less responsive than before changing wheels.

upgrading break system is a must?

suggestions?

I use pss. The new one.. Didn't upgrade the brakes.... I just brake earlier lol.... 2 inches is really a lot... Maybe try using racing brake pads to see if that helps first (cheaper solution IMO) but quite noisy...
