WTF? Brake-line crack pipe?

Anyone else seen this?

Mother of 5 dies when car hurtles into a tree, because her boyfriend cut the brake lines to make a crack pipe...

Not sure about all of you, but every time I've cut my brake lines to smoke crack, I've always found them a little too narrow to fit the fatty rocks that I'm smoking. I've also gotten tired of washing out the hydraulic fluid. But that's just me!

Seriously though... I read this story and thought to myself that this might be the worst alibi I've ever heard for a crime in my entire life...

Yeah I could not believe that when i read it. But drugs make people do stupid shit. Kind of surprise she got out of the driveway with 3 lines cut.

Yeah... Pretty shitty alibi though haha.

I was thinking the same thing about the driveway, but then thought that perhaps she was parallel parked and didn't need the brakes until it was already too late?

Can't help but wonder if the e-brake might have been her savior here. Guess we'll never know.
