I gave my buyer his deposit back. He got turned down by 4 places for a car loan. Bummer.

My car has COMFORT ACCESS and the COLD WEATHER PACKAGE. That's $1500 more in options. Plus my car is in NEW JERSEY -- so you'll save another grand or so to avoid shipping it across the country.

Navi is over-rated in BMWs. Your stuck with the iDrive. Your better off buying a Garmin.

I'm seeking serious offers. Might even match that other price...

FYI. This eBay car was a lemon buy back and will say so on title in many states.

wow missed that, think that is around the price range for a car like that that isnt a lemon too though. a lot of these cars are being brought back to bmw financial services and end up at auctions, damn recession.

I have a current lease through BMW FS that will be ending soon. Can I just call them directly and arrange financing for a private sale? or so they only finance through dealers?

At this point I'm just being stubborn.

I have sent pictures to everyone that has sent me a Private Message. The car is expertly detailed & in excellent shape. If you take proper care of a Sapphire Black car is has a glow to it -- like candy apple red -- but black.
