Ordered outlets back early November and was told 2-3 weeks. After 2-3 weeks I followed up and was told a few more weeks. There was always some hangup and some excuse as to why they weren't ready. Meanwhile my car has been down this entire time. They don't care and issue very short rude responses to my inquiries to which they finally just sent my money back, so I sat around for 2 months with no outlets for nothing. I'm really disappointed in them.

I agree with you. I was supposed to receive my outlets as part of my bundle.
He told me his shipping guy messed up, forgot to include it in my order, and was later on fired due to this situation happening all too often.
Keep in mind this was ordered sometime in October/November.
I've asked for a refund/credit towards a single shotgun kit, but he has ignored my emails.

i haven't ever had to deal with the dude, but i can say that i am happy with my vtt inlets for what its worth
