I have been on the hunt for some E92 mud flaps for a long time now. BMW has discontinued them and I can not find any dealer stateside or overseas that has a set. The various sources for a used set have proven fruitless.

The part numbers are as follows:

82162180550

If you or your friend have a set new or used, I have $300. Seriously. US or abroad, I do not care. I will gladly pay shipping for the correct sets.
