N47D20 problems

Hey all I bought a 57 plate E92 320d a few weeks ago car is in really good condition but I'm having engine issues that I have tried to resolve but not having much luck.

The car has been remapped
EGR blanked off and EGR delete on ECU
DPF removed but not on the ECU (running a straight through exhaust)
It's got some kind of short ram induction kit on it by K&N

There is very little power in the low end it's almost like the turbo doesnt spool up and then around 2500rpm there is a bit of power.

I've noticed there is a cable unplugged at the front of the engine and I've no idea what it's for or where it goes.

The performance is really down and I'm hoping you guys might have some ideas.

Thanks
