Bluetooth not working

hello all I am a new member here I have BMW E90 retrofit cic and combox
now Bluetooth not working Everything works well only Bluetooth not working
Can someone help me .

Year of car ?
Is both telephone and streaming that doesn't work
or just one.
what does the idrive say as far as what you have
selected.

Did you get a fix with this? I've just bought my E91 and it just keeps saying Bluetooth is activating..
