Jb4 Issues

Very new to the forums. Need some help if possible. If Jb4 is hooked up and works using the Bluetooth module but the steering wheel controls do not work why would that be?

The steering wheel buttons use the CAN bus. Terry's recommendation is to clean the adhesive off the wires and make sure the connect them well.
