Intermittent Vibration and Check Engine Light after Acceleration

Thought I'd put this up and see if anyone has any experience with this problem before or might know something about it-

While accelerating on the highway trying to overtake someone, the car begins to get a vibration in the drivetrain, dependent on the RPMs of the engine and the check engine light comes on. Now the interesting thing in this is that after 5 or 6 miles of driving, the vibration disappears and the check engine light goes off.

Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any ideas about what it could be?

Yes, pull the code, but sounds like a cylinder misfire. If so, may be time to replace some ignition coils.

like mentioned above, looks like a cylinder misfire as I had that 3 weeks ago.

Get someone to help you scan which cylinder is misfiring, change all your spark plugs while you are at it and the ignition coil that went out
