So I put my car on the dyno today, not running at 100% yet but at $40 I figured just gonna send it. When I get my fuel pressure and boost figured out I'll run it again, hopefully it won't be 90 degrees then too. This pull was in 5th gear as its closest to 1:1 by a whopping .01.

New 335d owner

Hey guys maybe you can help me out I'm a long time lurker and first time poster here. Finally have all the parts to delete everything but I'm torn between all the tunes i think the BRR is the way I want to go. I just had the intake cleaned and in about 2 weeks ill be ready to pull the trigger on a tune. Do i need to take my car to BRR or can i mail my ECM to him and is he able to tune everything out? I even want the urea tank removed and a trans tune if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BRR now has people who can flash his tune in Houston TX. tunes are still done by him, but the DDE is flashed in houston. depending on location this can save on time and shipping cost.

Just wanted to update my impressions on my latest tune update.. just recently upgraded my suspension, m3 control arms and other m3 suspension parts, and the bilstein b14 coilover kit. Haven't done sway bar or bushing but it's in the works. Before though I never felt like I was using this amazing tune to its full potential, even though that's probably illegal to do 🤫 but I had a leaking strut on the front passenger side and the rest of the suspension was very tired. Had that bouncy feeling and the cornering stability wasn't there. Launches were good but once again bouncy on the first shift and I had to counter steer from the bad strut. But man this car feels incredible now. On the highway this car is super smooth and glides down the highway, lane changes are immediate and not jolty at all or that little side step it would do hitting a bump. On launch this car is way easier to control and the transfer of power really squats the car and gives it a whole lot more grip and pulls perfectly in a straight line without letting up. And the best part is coming out of a tight turn it stays flat and pulls insanely hard out of turns. All in all I regularly find myself going way faster then I should now and the enjoyment I get from driving this car around is priceless. Definitely more mods to come on my build

Edit for more angles

I've only ever previously owned an E30, and never driven a later model of any BMW variant, but wouldn't be surprised if the E90 series chassis goes down as one the overall best-balanced ever. The stability and traction control seems tuned as near perfectly as it could be, to me. I rarely notice it driving hard. Almost anyone could drive this car like Mario Andretti.

I've never owned an e30 but hear lots of good things about the chassis. My e90 is my first "performance" car so I really have nothing to compare it to as far as how balanced it is but it does feel incredible. Still have many more mods I want to do though before I think it'll feel perfect
