Wonder what the bluebook is on a car with 300k

Wow... my car is 4 years older than yours and I still haven't gotten to 65K yet! Let alone 300K!

I see your car thinks it can get 590 miles on a tank full of gas... you would think it would learn over time and get more accurate... but no.

That is a diesel, I would not be surprised if that was the case.

A new BMW is something north of $40k, no? That buys a LOT of maintenance.

Wouldn't a typical 3 be solidly in the 50's, and maybe for a 340i 60k?

Can you imagine feeling that a car is disposable? Even forgetting about the financials, it's pretty disrespectful towards the vehicle itself. Something's wrong with the clutch, throw the car away and get a new one.

So to be clear, the transmission is all oroginal, just juice changes. Clutch was DIY, parts were about $1K. KBB says $4,285.

And the F30 sucks to drive. I think BMW outsourced the design to Buick... the old Buick.

Maybe if the Indy around here didn't charge 3500 for a clutch because they refuse to replace or reuse the flywheel?

That is 3500 I can put towards another car that wont need a clutch for a LONG time.
