Headlights are a significant downgrade on an otherwise perfect car. Not huge on the wheels, the OEM were fantastic.

Opinions are opinions lol. The reason I went with the lights was because this car is originally a halogen light car. When I did the swap, I repinned, added a few wires, and coded to get the bi-xenons to work. However, I wanted to get the f-series style halos, as I think they give the car a much more aggressive look, and I wanted a blacked out housing as the chrome was bugging me since the rest of the car doesn't have any chrome trim. Opening the stock headlights is a pain, and sending them out to a shop to do a retrofit costs near $600, just for the work. So instead, I bought a set of aftermarket lights for $350 and sold by stock bi-xenons for $700. Then, i used that to buy some new bolt-ons.

As for the wheels, they're temporary. Eventually I want to get a set of real m3-style wheels, like the avant garde 359 with the correct offset and width. These I managed to pick up for dirt cheap in nearly perfect condition, it was a deal I couldn't pass up. Plus, I like the look better than the stock ones. Tossed some winter tires onto them, and those are now my dedicated winter wheels.

for the price, the headlight are a nice move imo. Very cool mod.

But the rims, nah. Black rims always look smaller than they are, and most people wont use tire shine, so the contrast wheel/tire is ugly af. Tire will look grey-ish/brownish.

your original wheel look better , they are pretty rare, I dont see them often on the road, and make the e91 look solid with those fat 5 spokes. But I understand they are damaged ? even the avant garde 359 are not looking that massive in comparison.

anyway, opinions like you said

18'' e46 m3, ftw

yeah, they were damaged but I bought an entire extra set of them for $140 and made one good set out of the two haha. Another reason I went with aftermarket wheels is width lol. The stock 255's on the OEM 8.5" rear rim definitely don't cut it anymore, as I'm pushing around 400rwhp with my bolt-ons and an e30 mix/map. When I have a little bit to spend, I want to get probably 18x10", at least 275's in the rear, and NOT the stock runflats

Bought an M-Sport rear bumper cover off eBay the other day... $260 + $90 for shipping. The pictures were of a generic 328i bumper, but the part number was the correct part number for the m-sport rear. It's a really reputable seller, so I figured I'll take a chance and order it. Should be coming in sometime this weekend, here's to hoping it's an actual m-sport bumper and not a plain stock one hahaha

If anyone's interested at all, I started a youtube channel for my project. Hopefully, I'll be uploading more and better quality videos soon, the first one isn't very great hahaha. I'll toss the link down below if anyone wants to watch my first video. I love doing this stuff, if it goes well enough I might just end up doing it as a career hahaha. F81 M3 wagon project HERE I COMEEEEEE

Lovely!

You want to use this https://www.harborfreight.com/electr...rap-66986.html for your wiring addons.

What's the front grill? It looks good!

Some grill I picked up on ebay for super cheap. I think it was like $35, I just searched e90 black grill and there were a lot of options

I was planning to sell my E91 at the end of winter, since it was my beater.

But with this thread, I wish my kids to grow up, so I can be more in my garage, and also get a house with a 2.5 or 3 spots garage to do this swap !

edit : I've asked the question, anddd, ohhh, well, my wallet doesn't want to. too bad.

Lol this is definitely the wrong thread to be asking in, but the short answer is no. The wagon and sedan have very different rear bumpers unfortunately.

Because people are uneducated. I tried putting an e90 m sport bumper on my wagon, and it definitely didn't fit. There are major differences

For the questions you're asking, you need to start a new thread. The way these forums work is people create threads where others answer their questions (which are essentially different chats on a certain topic). The topic of this specific thread is my personal wagon build, where I answer questions about my build specifically and other questions related to my topic. Your question is going to take a lot of explaining, and people who are looking at the thread for the wagon build are going to get a bunch of information useless to them. So, I'm not going to answer it here. If you start a new thread, I can try to answer it.

Installed the Precision Raceworks coil kit over the weekend, everything feels much smoother! Had two buddies over and they helped me film the whole process, I'll be editing and uploading the install video hopefully sometime this week! Unfortunately though, I'm still having some misfires and codes thrown for cylinders 3, 4, and 6. Time to start hunting for some index 12 injectors lol. I bought the RB external pcv kit a while ago, planning to install it soon as well
