335d drives better without MAP sensor

I've done all the regular maintenance, deleted, and tuned my car. But recently, the car feels hesitant. I've been getting around 23 mpg in the city.

I tried unplugging the MAP sensor and the car shifts better. I'm seeing 31 mpg. I tried replacing the sensor and it drove well until I restarted the car. Then I was back at square one.

I've done the vacuum lines, and deleted all the emissions. Could this be a boost leak?
