Price check on 335i M Sport Coupe (UPDATED!!)

I've been off here for a bit and a look at the classifieds didn't really give me a decent feel for the current market.

I'm toying with parting ways with the car and was wondering if you good folk could advise of a likely price?

Really?! I thought it would be more 8-9k - has there been a bit of a bounce in the market or just a lot of dogs knocking around?

I think around £8k tops. No options on this car so will make it less attractive. £12k you will be getting LCI models. I sold my 2011 e91 with 31k for just over £16k with £10k worth of options. The E9* market is starting to drop since the latest model is now getting very cheap.

I'd be surprised if you got 10k+
I paid £11500 for my 56 plate 335i SE with 56k four years ago!

There's so many about now, I would say you might get 8.5k for it on a good day, if your lucky.
No harm in chancing your arm at 10/11k though, good luck buddy

I think you were right Jim. I wouldn't expect more than £9000. Autotrader has a lot of optimistically priced cars.

When £16500 buys you a lower tax, updated iDrive, 4 years newer car, from a dealer. I can't see how an 07 can go for 12k in a private sale.

Updated! NOW I'm selling!

SO!

I didn't end up selling back in 2016 and rather than creating a new thread I thought I would update this one with the current mileage of 68k given I am absolutely going to sell in the next month or so.

Trade in looks like a horrendous £4500 and 'good private' at £5950

Was thinking £6500 based on the fact it is a good example, 11 months MOT (no advisories) has never been out of warranty (so all problems fixed by BMW) continues to sail through MOTs and has just had a major service costing best part of £400 so not needing one until July 21. I also considered the fact that all tyres have plenty of tread left and that the discs also plenty of life left on front and back too.

I have noticed it's a lot quieter on here and expect the market for a car like this to be a very small one but once I have got some pictures plan to pop it on here and run a classified ebay listing too.

Thoughts?
