How would you fix this?

Hey guys,

So I parked today next to some old looking Mazda since I was late to class. I kept a good distance from him but he still decides to hit me somehow under my side mirror.

Question: How would you fix this? There doesn't seem to be a dent. I'm not sure how the door metal looks but I don't think it went all the way down. I'm looking at Dr.colorchip and lanaka stuff but I get mixed reviews. Should I just buy the OEM touch up and try sanding it and applying the paint myself? Do you need to use a special clear coat with the OEM touch up paint?

Thanks for your help!

You might try buffing that before painting. You may be able to "hide" it enough to make you happy(er)
