I put 3m automotive reflector vinyl on to see if I'd want to spend the money in 3D printing actual reflectors. Thoughts?

That looks great. Are the glass panels unbolted from inside the car?

Yes, just 4 torx screws accessed when the glass is in vent mode from inside the car. So easy, bummed I didn't do this a year ago.

I installed the 10mm e46 spring pads in the rear to raise it 3/8". Install went pretty easy. Difference is probably not noticeable to many, but the rear negative rake really bothered me ever since I installed the HR springs about a year ago.

Need to still roll the rear fenders as 19x10 Et 25 rubs under load.

Side note, no matter how I tighten (hand tight star patterns) and try to flush these 12mm spacers in the rear, I notice a slight wobble while driving. The spacers are MS, not bent and fit flush against the wheel, it's when I have it against the hat I noticed it rocks ever so slightly, is it possible the hat on the rotor is slightly warped? Changing them soon anyways.

Love your build and cannot believe I just found it!

I have had 2 sets of spacers that were "Defective" from the factory. They would not fit flush and caused crazy vibrations.

I also sent you a PM!

-Edit your PM box is full.

That spacer actually ended up breaking, snapped right at the hub ring! I have to admit MS was super quick on sending a replacement and since I think the rocking was a rotor hat issue and not a spacer issue I can't blame a defect.

I actually had the same issue on my E46. The hubcentric "ring" broke off with the wheel and the spacer stayed on. 2 of these from the same company. Sounds like the machines were a little "off" haha.

I need some 10mm spacers for the rear of mine. I think I still have some laying around. Your build is inspiring me to get out and wrench a bit. I have too many projects at the moment

I've had 3 MS 10mm spacers do this on me and will not be running their spacers.

IND sells new FutureClassic spacers that have a much thicker knurling on the hubcentric piece, and they bolt into your rotor.

Wow, I search and search and couldn't find an issue with these. Well that sucks! They seemed so reputable and had buy in from a lot of High end euro shops!

So an s65 swap isn't feasible till this winter, so while I wait might as well push the limits of the N52...

Ordering the s65 injectors, 110mm pulley and going to run e85 tune from BPC!

Just curious but did you see NYBulldog review on the ESS SC for the N52? Check the last page most recent comment 😳

I was thinking the same thing... I wonder why ess is ghosting people. I had one of their kits on my e36 m3 and it was amazing and their support was great. Sad to hear. Seems like the issue is in the software

Yeah I've read that but his comments are based on ESS software. I know Bobs had great success tuning this kit so figured why not push it and experiment. For me, it's Boredom since I won't be able to do any kind of motor swap till this winter. Plus NYBulldog bought new, I'm less than half that cost.

Ok nice. Just wanted to make sure!

Yea I know what you mean. I drove my conversion for maybe 6 months and then you start to want more once the newness of the aesthetics wear off.
