I like the LM reps better than 189 anyday. What's important is what you like....who gives a shit what others think. You see these dumbass driving with hubcap spinners? I think they are stupid as you know what, but the guy driving thinks he's ballin'!!

True but in that case we know you are right and the other guy is completely wrong.

The 189's do look better, in my opinion. Maybe those LM's would be better fit for a Titanium Silver car...

IMO, the e90 sedan needs strong, aggressive wheels to offset the wideness of the slab-like profile, especially in lighter colors of the model. I have an e90, too, but mine is sparkling graphite, so the bulkiness is not as evident in profile. You can see, the bulk is more evident in the e92s....

The 189s help to give the e90 that strong, aggressive look and feel, whereas the BBS wheels look too complicated and brittle....or should I say, dainty....

Simplicity in design.... Less is More..... Simple lines, stronger statement. Besides, they look sick and clean... All depends on what you're looking for, elegance or strong aggressiveness...

I'd rather roll stock than to embarass myself with BBS LM reps with fake centercaps.

hmm

I never thought I would ever say this but on your car the 189's look much better. This whole time I have been using the 189s as winters on my car..lol Your car looks 10 times better with the stock wheels, is the car lowered? If it isn't that might be why the LMs look off

Smile

I think the lip makes the bbs look smaller. Along with the more detailed less open design.

You're holding back, 24's from an Escalade would be aggressive.

IMO, BMWs have always had the best looking OEM rims on the market. Mainly, because they know how to work the concave dish effect of the wheels, with the natural lines of the car.
162's and 189's are two good examples of this. Especially, with the rear rims being wider and slightly more concave. If gives the car a proper 'stance' look.

If you ever look at any Infiniti, you'll see how not to make OEM rims look good. Usually, they make their rims reverse-concave, which usually doesn't give the car a dramatic rear-wheel drive stance. Instead, they make the car's stance look like that of a Sentra
