Wheel & tyres

May I ask if it will be ok for a 255/30/19 fitted on a 9.5 X 19 rim?
I know that 265/30/19 should be a better fit and the 255/30/19 will be stretched a little bit, but does it really an issue in terms of safety or any issues like highly chance for the rim to be cracked due to the sidewalk of the tyres being stretched?

If you were stretching something like a 215 over the rim, then caution would be taken, 255 over a 9.5 is fine.

I have got a set of 255/30/19 tyres for the rear.
Need to change the fronts, thinking to go with either 225/35 or 235/35.

should I go 235/35 as it gives more grip?

Best to stay 30mm difference in width with 5 different in the profile (eg. 225/35 with 255/30 or 235/35 with 265/30) so that the outer diameter between front and rear stay the same. 235/35 is bigger in diameter than 255/30.
