Hi ,

i have issue with my E92 Bluetooth i can connect my phone and i can receive call and call back i can see the address book all okay but i can't play any music the sound coaming from the phone.
but the call it's okay i can use car speaker and mic but for the music nothing coaming form car speaker it only laying from phone it self

do i need to change the bluethoot BOX or i can reprogramed it

you car seem without navigation unit
you need at least small navigation unit and combox to have it in factory way

i have navigation unit

and sound from call working i believe it should work for Music too

It requires and Idrive with a certain level of firmware and a combox with the music function enabled. BMW really pieces this stuff out and makes you pay for the tiniest option.

the combox began installed from late 2010
check you car options via VIN decode to understand what you have
or your car manufactured before late 2010
