'08 328XI vibration at low RPMs

I just got an exaust Camshaft Sensor replaced which resolved a service engine light, but the car still has issues when driving at low speeds/RPMs.

It's less pronounced when driving in sports mode and doesn't happen at all during quick acceleration or at higher speeds. At around 30mph at 1500RPM I can literally look over to the passenger seat and see it physically vibrating. I've followed threads here as it seems like a common issue, but I have yet to see a concrete resolution to this problem.

Put the car on jack and look under it for physical condition of the parts.
Clean with brake cleaner and check again after a drive to see fluid leaks. If they are bone dry they may not leak again, lol.

Did you ever resolve this? I'm having the same exact problem.
