the time and date is still undetermined at this time
but you can assume that it is either feb 3rd in the evening or 5th in the afternoon at the moment

It would be best if we can all make feb 5th afternoon as we get better light for photo and warmer weather. So if majority of us can make this time then I will think of a location and post here.

Feb 2nd evening the alternative choice I am thinking it would be like a bb tea or coffee and chat kind of meet so everyone get to know each other.

I think we should create a list for an accurate count of people coming to the meet in case we leave the meeting scene before everyone arrives.
