Tire question

I have a 2010 335 m sport with the 19\'s and im looking for new tires... I\'ve been told to get the pilot supersports but no michelins fit my car: 225 35 19, 255 30 19... Anyone know what are the best high performance non runflat tires for my car?

If I go 19's, I'll be in the same boat - Yoko AD08's all the way, and they do come in those sizes.

Upsize your width to 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 and then you can get Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

Remember that the Pilot Super Sports (as well as the AD08's) run very wide - I believe a 255 PSS or AD08 is wider than a 265 in a lot of other brands/models. You *might* rub with a 265 PSS.

I have a set of 18" PSS on my stock wheels in 225/40 and 255/35, and they are both way wider (like an inch) than the stock RFT's in the same size - the rear went from almost a little stretched to a little extra chunky when I switched tires. For that reason, I went with 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 AD08's on the 19x8.5/19x9.5 wheels I just ordered today (since my last post - I wasn't kidding lol).

Wouldn't that mean I'd have to buy a new rim?

Those sizes will fit the OE 19" wheels with no problem.

To me the new PSS doesn't look to run as wide as the old PS2.

I haven't run the PS2 so I can't compare them directly, but they are pretty wide for a given size, and a helluva lot wider than the Brickstone RFT's that came on my car.

On a side note I can mention that I saw some Michelin Primacy in 19" on a F10, and they run really narrow compared to another F10 with some Dunlop Maxx GT in the same size.
