Aircon not working
So I have an issue with my aircon not working. It is gassed up with around 25psi on the low side. I've checked all 3 fuses and replaced in the glovebox. The auc sensor replaced with a working item. When the snowflake button is pressed you can hear the gas circulating the system in the cooler behind the dash but no cold air out the vents. Also the pipes to the expansion valve on the bulk head don't get cold. Car is a 2007 325i

25psi is way too low. Vapour pressure of R134a at UK summer temps is around 5bar. Unless your system runs and you've taken that measurement while drawing on the suction line. If so your high side pressure is more relevant. Sounds low on charge.
