Rough Idle - Smoke & Pressure Test Results

Hey guys

I've been experiencing a rough idle since I had my VCG done and decided to spend some money on some diagnostics to figure out what was going on.

Pressure test came back OK. All cylinders had good pressure in them although 3 and 4 had slightly more.

The smoke test unfortunately revealed the following leaks -

1. The spark plug hole for cylinder 4 was leaking profusely
2. PCV hose connection point on the intake manifold was leaking slightly
3. Eccentric shaft sensor seal was leaking slightly
4. The clamp on my intake boot was completely loose and when wriggled also leaked profusely

Next steps/Questions -

1. Not sure what to do about item 1. The mechanic thinks that its most likely a bad stem seal. Does that make sense given the amount of smoke bellowing out? Wouldn't it more likely be a threaded spark plug hole or something of that nature?
2. I am going to try get a second hand intake manifold and also replace my full PCV system
3. and 4. should be easy fixes
