Water Pump missing, Alternator Missing?

Hey Guys,

I have posted about this before but i cant seem to find the post topic.

I recently changed the alternator, oil filter gasket, coolant flange, serpertine belt and replaced the coolant. Once everything was complete, i went to start the bleeding procedure and turn the car on for about a second before realizing i had my damn foot on the brake.

Got the bleeding procedure going and topped up a little, everything seemed well, although when i turned on the car afterwards the battery was almost dead and could not start the car.

Got some leads, started it, let some power kick in before i drove it work. Everything seemed fine until later that day when it was time for me to come to home. The car struggled to start but started, but literally died while driving!

Ordered a new battery, reprogrammed it with my Foxwellt530, power is great car turns on, but here the issue i run a scan and i get two fault codes..

2E85 BSD, message; electric coolant pump:
2ECC BSD, message; alternator: Missing

I have;
Checked the fuses behind the glove box. all are intact
Checked the fuse under the hood on the passenger side, It is intact.
The voltage of the battery reads 12V when car is not running but drops to 11.4 when running, so my alternator is not working.
I tried running the bleeding procedure to see if the pump is working but it does not.

Im really lost for ideas on how to solve this issue. Any ideas what would cause both the alternator and water pump to be missing? The belt feels pretty firm but has a little play, im thinking it could be the IBS?

Any ideas what i could check? it seems something electrical i guess.
