e90 Rear Comfort Access Retrofit

What would be required on a car that is already factory equipped with Comfort Access in the front doors/handles to add Comfort Access to the rear doors/handles? From what I'm seeing on RealOEM and eBay is that the front and rear handles are the same size/part numbers on non-CA equipped cars, so it would stand to reason a used set of front CA handles could potentially be added to the rear on CA equipped/retrofit cars.

As far as I am aware, the three required antennae required would already exist in the car (ashtray, rear HVAC console, rear bumper) so no need to add an antenna. Can the rear handles be spliced into the front CA wiring and function accordingly in the rear?

I know you've done this Post. One of you has by now
