combox retrofit

Hi guys,

I am trying to retrofit a bn2000 combox to accompany my CIC. My vehicle is a 2007 E91, the car came prewired VO S640 and originally came with CCC pro Nav Japan. I have managed to retrofit CIC however I don’t seem to have any power at the prewired TCU connector. I have checked fuses 17,26 and 27 all which have the correct fuses. Any idea which other fuse it may be?

Kind regards

Zaman

I have repinned the tcu connector to a new 26pin combox connector, I have used both pin 17 and pin 36 from 54pin housing. My issue is that pin 17 has no power at all, I have looked at the fuse box in glove compartment and the fuses relating to Bluetooth telephone all have the correct fuses in place

what about pin 18 from the TCU? Use that to power combox.

edit: From memory it may need to go into pin 2 on the combox connector

The pre wired plug only had these pins attached in image. I have managed to repin all but two of them. The blue/black (pin 12) and the white/black (pin 32). Repin Diagrams on this forum and others don’t show what these pins are used for so I have just left them out for now. I have only managed to use 5 wires ( power pin 17- pin 1, ground pin 36 - pin 14, thre wires for mic pos,neg and shield). From testing my issue with that power pin 17 is dead (has no power).

Cheers
