This is like late lunch/dinner for us. Brewery nearby has my favorite combo of humus with vegs and some fried pita and olives with feta and toast. Sooooo good. Also not pictured we usually have their pretzel which is pretty good, but their beer cheese is the best I’ve ever had!

Wish me luck...
At Costco, I grabbed what I though was the normal "Poutine Curd" made of White Cheddar which has been in the same location for the last 5 years. Nooooooooo, I just realized that is wasn't... Gouda pieces by a Fromagier that I like. It did taste good out of the bag. Stay tuned. |

Well it turn out Ok, The only difference I could see (or feel) is that the original Poutine Curd are more chewy out of the bag.
