Faithfull's 'Messing Metallic' E90
Morning Gents,
Fairly new to the forum but i just thought i would post up a Build Thread of my 1st E90. I purchased the vehicle last september in exchange for my E92 320i which i had constant problems with as you will all know of! This particular one is of the '330d M-Sport Saloon' flavour and its an absolute dream to drive! She started off fairly standard apart from the 19'' CSl reps which i transferred from the E92. The only modification since then is some black grills as replacement for the standard chrome ones. The alloys are looking fairly tired now but i cant afford replacements so a wheel refurbishment will be in order, they are currently Matt Anthracite, any ideas/recommendations on a new colour? Heres some pictures i took yesterday after a hefty clean, please excuse phone pics! |

lovely car mate! very clean indeed!
i think the colour of the wheels suit it so id be inclined to get it done in the same colour again! not a huge fan of black wheels as an option.... hyper silver always provides a nice contrast on darker cars!...but id say keep it the same colour

Very nice car mate.
I think the colour of the wheels really suit the car. So my vote is to keep the same colour.

Great looking car .
Is it Space Grey?? as others have said the wheel colour goes well at the moment. If anything maybe go a couple of shades darker. Dare i say it go for the "Black Wheels" |

Thanks for the kind comments guys
The wheel situation may have changed, it looks like it could cost me nearly the same amount (with PX) for a set of new wheels, i think if i changed then i would choose the Zito 935 but i would be in the same dilemma with them, Silver or gloss black?! The colour of the vehicle is Messing Metallic and yes i do believe its an Individual Colour. |

Gents,
Ive found some new wheels which come in 8.5 x 19 for the front and 9.5 x 19 for the rears. I will be using my current tyres which i believe are the stock size. Ive been told by the retailler that they are ET45, will these fit my E90? Many Thanks, Adi. |

What a colour! Do you know how many they made. I am LMB at the moment but would love this colour. Our company car park is full of grey /black audi's and BMW atm.
