Boost solenoid failure?

Hey guys, I was driving down the highway this morning on my commute and my car went into limp mode.. upon scanning it it was the notorious 30ff code

Hasn't come back since but decided I'll do some digging anyway.. and I noticed one of my boost solenoids shakes back and forth like crazy.. See the video below:

Is one of my boost solenoid done for if it shakes like this?

You won't know if the boost Solenoids are toast unless you run a couple of tests on them. 30ff code could be a few things, but boost Solenoids is definitely one of the things that can cause a 30ff code.

Never got the 30ff after that, My theory is that it's because my cat converters are done and they are sending excessive back pressure up into the turbos.. My engine also runs hotter than usual and I get the 29F4/29F5 code with OEM cats.

Either go Catless with a tune or go high flow catted downpipes w/out a tune.
