Turbos failing at 102k isn't bad at all.

I'm kicking around the idea of starting a turbo repair for North America. This would include refurbishing not only stock turbos, but other vendor turbos as well. Key is doing it right with quality upgraded parts and keeping it cost effective.

I recently just replaced my turbos. Took me about 16-18 hrs to install. It wasn't bad at all and I saved myself $1,000 easily. Total to replace my turbos were about $650. Paid $500 for brand new set of turbos that I got from a buddy from bmw and about $150 for o-rings and gaskets that I bought online. Should've made an install video but I guess I wasn't really thinking but here's a video of the fist startup with the new turbos.

Where can I find a set of brand new turbos for 650? I'm really interested as my turbos need to be rebuilt or replaced due to the seals being fried. I have white smoking coming out the exhaust from the oil that's being used and wasted from the leak. Need a solution ASAP! Also how much should labor be for the replacement?

Turbos are causing engine light so also need to be replaced. Wastegates are shot and not holding boost.

Looking for the cheapest reliable option. Also wondering if I can go a single turbo off the n55 as there's a rollover junker available for $600.

So where did you get your turbo's replaced at? How much did it come out to? I'm curious since I'm thinking to eventually upgrade my turbos.
